We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate when possible.

Cancellations before November 1, 2025:
You may cancel your registration for a full refund (if payment has been made) or transfer your spot to another participant at no additional cost.

Cancellations between November 1–19, 2025:
You may cancel for a 50% refund.

Cancellations after November 19, 2025:
Because staffing, facilities, and materials are finalized by this time, no refunds will be issued. However, you may still transfer your registration to another athlete if available.

All camps are rain or shine, as our facility provides covered training space. We appreciate your understanding and commitment as we work to make every Ball & Beyond experience intentional, professional, and impactful for each athlete.
